About Us

Your Place to Slow Down, Fish More, and Live Simply

Caney Point RV Resort is a private, Christian-owned, family-oriented RV community nestled on 50 quiet acres along Lake Fork’s shoreline in Yantis, Texas. Since we bought the property in 2010, our goal’s been simple: keep things peaceful, clean, and built for folks who want to get away — not live full-time.

We lease out 153 waterfront RV lots and 22 off-water lots, each one oversized (average 45×125 ft) with full hookups, Lake Fork water, Wood County Electric, and even our own private wastewater treatment system. We’re not your average weekend park — this place is built for real comfort and real elbow room.

The Caney Point Experience

Here, it’s not about fancy extras — it’s about fishing in the quiet, sitting by the fire with your grandkids, and knowing your neighbor’s name. Whether you’re grilling at the pavilion or casting off the pier, life at Caney Point is slower, simpler, and better shared.
